Among others participants were: Ioan Mircea Paşcu (Romania, Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats), Michael Gahler (Germany, Group of the European People's Party), Andrey Kovatchev (Bulgaria, Group of the European People's Party), Krzysztof LISEK (Poland, Group of the European People's Party), Maria Eleni Koppa (Greece, Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats), Geoffrey VAN ORDEN (UK, European Conservatives and Reformists Group).
