On 7 - 8 February 2017, EUBAM Rafah advisers delivered a Training of Trainers (ToT) course to 18 managers and officials of the General Administration for Border & Crossing (GABC) to further enhance the capacities for future training. The team of the Mission provided the attendees with the necessary methodology to conduct a training for their staff members.
The basic aspects of the working method were presented and discussed, focusing on the theoretical framework of the methodology along with the practical procedures to be adopted in outlining and designing a training course (pre-training and post-training activities including the training evaluation procedures).
The overall participants’ feedback was very positive. The activity, which was held in Jericho Resort, is part of the Mission’s cooperation with GABC.
