On March 22nd and 23th a training on Criminal investigations and relations with the judiciary authorities, with particular focus on Customs criminal offences, took place in Jericho.
The training , addressed to 19 Customs’ Officers and Customs’ Police Officers, was structured so to provide participants with an overview of the domestic experience on investigative activities, by an illustration of the main legal framework and procedural methodologies, as well as an overview of international best practice in these matters.
The domestic experience was presented by qualified teachers from the Customs’ Police and the Chief Public Prosecutor’s office, while the international experience was presented by EUPOL-COPPS and EUBAM representatives.
